Shooting Star...
Vic Reeves (Jim Moir in real life) has returned to biking on a new
Royal Enfield Classic. The TV entertainer and host of Shooting Stars has
been a keen motorcyclist since his youth and previously owned a 1960’s Royal
Enfield Continental GT.
Mr Moir saw the latest Royal Enfield when the company supplied a couple of
bikes as props for a Hairy Bikers sketch that he was filming for the recent
series of Shooting Stars.

WORKSHOP UPDATE: TEXA NAVIGATOR
Haywards' workshops have adopted the latest version of the Texa
Navigator for diagnostic work on all late model Moto Guzzi and
Piaggio machines.
Designed and developed by TEXA and PIAGGIO, the Navigator system provides
'live' diagnostic information, as well as comprehensive wiring diagrams and
technical bulletins, which are updated regularly via the internet.
Used in conjunction with a laptop PC with a standard Bluetooth
connection, technicians access on-board electronic systems to carry out
tasks such as service lamp resetting, system identification, error reading
and erase functions, system parameter evaluation, ECU configuration,
component activations, fuelling adjustments and key programming.
