The event will see around 200 motorcyclists set off at 10am from La Pergola on the A603 at Harlton, before progressing under police escort to Downing Street in Cambridge where they will stop to pick up presents from shoppers.
They will then continue on to their final destination of Addenbrooke's outpatients where they will be met a choir, patients, and Cambridge Mayor Gerri Bird.
Peter added: "This is very much an open public event – as long as you've got a bike and are prepared to bring a gift you can come along. It's a very fun thing to see and it's the first year we have gone through town".
The Cambridge Bikers Toy Run will take place on Sunday, December 21 and those wishing to take part must be at La Pergola no later than 9.45am for a briefing.
